Improving the Central Asian system of Social Dialogue

On July 3, 2022, the international conference “Social Dialogue in Central Asia. German approach”, in which representatives of the Confederation of Employers of Uzbekistan take an active part.
In particular, on July 4, 2022, during a meeting on the topic of Social Dialogue and the work of Associations on practical examples, together with the expert of the NORDMETALL Association, Hans Manzke, the understanding of Social Dialogue in Europe, Germany and Eastern Europe was discussed.

The socio-economic and regulatory aspects of the development of the social dialogue model within the framework of the European system of labor relations were considered.

Representatives of the confederations explored the trends and prospects for collective bargaining at various levels.
Also on the same day, negotiations were held with the Association of Agricultural Enterprises of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in the city of Bützow.

In the context of the functioning of social dialogue, the current situation in the field of regulation of labor relations in the European Union is analyzed, which is important for the formation and improvement of the Central Asian system of dialogue relations.
