The right of employers to organize.
Employers have the right to voluntarily form their own associations without prior permission for the purpose of expressing and protecting their rights and legal interests, as well as to become members of employers’ associations in the manner specified in their charters. Employers’ association is a non-governmental non-profit organization based on the voluntary membership of employers and (or) employers’ associations who are legal entities and (or) individuals. It is not allowed to interfere with the exercise of the right of association of employers, as well as to force them to join one or another association of employers.
