On August 13, 2025, in the village of Bosteri on the shores of Issyk-Kul, employers’ associations from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan signed a multilateral memorandum as part of a project funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
The signing of the memorandum opens new opportunities in the following areas:
✔️ Strengthening social dialogue
✔️ Improving occupational health and safety standards
✔️ Implementing education and internship programs for youth
✔️ Expanding regional economic cooperation
In addition, for the first time in Central Asia, the process of developing a Code of Social Responsibility for Employers (CSRECA) has been launched.
This initiative marks a new chapter for decent work, equal opportunities, and shared prosperity in the region.
