The Summit of Employers’ Associations Leaders of Central Asia was held on August 10–15, 2025, at Issyk-Kul.

The event brought together representatives from the business community and employers’ associations of Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Germany.

Key issues of social partnership and the role of employers in the region’s sustainable development were discussed.

🔹 Steps were agreed upon for the development of the Central Asia Employers’ Ethical Code.
🔹 A Memorandum of Understanding was signed to strengthen regional cooperation.

The summit served as a platform for experience sharing and setting common goals, promoting responsible business and partnership in Central Asia.
